This tray has been given a food safe mineral oil application and then a mineral oil/beeswax finish. We recommend repeating this treatment as your board starts to lose its luster.
Care and cleaning: wipe off your charcuterie tray with water and soap but NEVER immerse wooden products in water or let water sit on the surface. NEVER clean in dishwasher. Towel dry and place on edge to dry. Re-apply a food safe mineral oil or butcher block conditioner as needed. If your tray endures heavy daily use, you can refinish it more often as needed.
